Governor's Club - Gated Luxury Custom Homes Golf Community
There are 88 lots for sale in Governor's Club custom homes community in southern Chapel Hill. Lots in Governor's Club range from $39,500 to $575,000. Custom homes in Governor's Club are from $400,000 to $4,000,000.
Governor's Club is a gated golf community with full clubhouse, fitness center, tennis facilities, and much more.

Governor's Club's golf course was personally designed by Jack Nicklaus, and features 27 holes of golf over 600 feet of elevation change. The complete course is over 11,000 yards, measured from the black tees. The course also features the "Best 19th Hole", according to Business North Carolina magazine.
The Governor's Club clubhouse features 42,000 square feet of golf pro shop, locker rooms, dining room overlooking the lake, ballroom, and meeting facilities.
Eagle Ridge - New Custom Homes Golf Community
Eagle Ridge is a residential community located on the border of Raleigh and Garner. Eagle Ridge offers custom home building opportunities for home buyers looking for a quiet, relaxing golf community.
The rolling, wooded hills of the Eagle Ridge golf course are visible behind several available lots.
The Eagle Ridge Golf Club, designed by US Open and PGA Tour champion Tom Kite, first opened in October 2000.
In addition to the first-rate golf course, Eagle Ridge residents also enjoy use of the 6,000 square foot clubhouse, which includes casual dining, a well-stocked pro shop and locker rooms.
There is also a swim and racquet club, which has a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, wading pool (for the kids), tennis courts, children's playground, and open recreational spaces.
Bentwinds - Established Golf Community
The Bentwinds Golf and Country Club is in a great location, off Sunset Lake Road between the towns of Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina. This 18-hole championship golf course is surrounded by homes on large lots.
The Bentwinds Golf and Country Club was officially named in 1986. Homes in Bentwinds are in the mid $400s to the mid $900s. Home sizes in Bentwinds range from about 2600 to about 5500 square feet. A variety of architectural styles are represented in Bentwinds.
The Bentwinds golf course has been recently renovated and redesigned. Other amenities include swimming, tennis, and a country club.
The Preserve at Jordan Lake - Luxury Custom Golf Community

Amenities in the The Preserve at Jordan Lake community are what you'd expect to see for homes above $600,000. There's an owner's clubhouse with social room, a junior-Olympic sized pool, and a fitness center.

The Preserve at Jordan Lake is set on over 600 acres of rolling, wooded hills. The Preserve at Jordan Lake's 18-hole golf course was named by Golf Week Magazine as "One of America's Top 40 Best New Courses" and also "One of America's Top 100 Residential Courses".
