We have a few cities here in Southern California that don't allow gas lawn mowers or gas leaf blowers anymore due to the combination of noise and air pollution.
Thanks for the info on gas vs. electric lawn mowers, Penny...and what a great idea for Clean Air Lawn Care to incorporate solar panels into their truck bed! :)
