"American City with Best Quality of Life"
Raleigh hit the top of the score chart again in a new survey by Portfolio.com. Sixty-seven metropolitan areas were ranked.

- Low unemployment rate
- Lots of great housing
Other cities in the top five? Washington DC, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Bridgeport-Stamford CT, and Salt Lake City. Denver, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and San Jose rounded out the top ten.
