Yes, Penny - Thanks for sharing! This is great advise to know. Your houses do look exceptional.
Steve - We suggest starting with a home plan book (or books) and jotting down questions and noting favorites as you go. By the time you've narrowed down to 2-3 floor plans, you'll have a good idea of what you'd like - and it's usually some combination of features.
