I have to say, i find it absolutely astonishing that noone has ecommented on this post. Not only did you do your research, but all of it is great information for a first time buyer in your area. I noticed with 120,000 points and hundreds of posts like these that you've never been featured, or had a lot of comments. Regardless of why, i'd like to change that for you. I personally look up to anyone who puts as much time and effort into their blogging as we do. Content is king and you are greatness.
